My background spans advertising, tech, startups, and software sales, which means I’ve spent my career sitting at the intersection of strategy and execution. I’ve worked with early stage teams and growing businesses to bring structure to messy problems, align teams around clear priorities and turn ideas into processes that are easy to use and maintain.

Earlier in my career, I worked in advertising on brands like Patrón Tequila and California Avocados, then moved into tech where I co-founded a SaaS startup and led initiatives across marketing and operations. During that time, I helped our team win first place in the 2020 New Venture Seed Pitch Competition and secure a $30,000 grant. Most recently, I worked in software sales for startups in the supply chain and logistics space, giving me a firsthand view into how businesses buy, adopt and struggle with systems.

What ties all of this together is a deep understanding of how businesses actually operate day-to-day. I don’t believe in over engineered frameworks or one-size-fits-all solutions. I focus on clarity, practicality and building systems your team will actually use.
